Katie, John, and I drove over to Titusville to watch the space shuttle launch. The launch was scrubbed about 10 minutes before lift-off. Mind you, this was at 4:30am. We were definitely bummed out, but this picture was taken before they called it off. That's why we look happy.
Katie's new place. Great location, cute apartment, and palm trees galore.

A Jack Sparrow look-a-like.
One of the many boats celebrating Gasparilla in the bay--and pirate chaos.
Gasparilla was really rainy. We decided not to stay for the parade because it was wet, cold, and our umbrella kept on inverting due to the wind. Yikes!

The pirates file off the pirate ship and into charter buses. Who knew pirates travel in such an orderly and organized fashion?

The live oak tree in your backyard is one of the most beautiful old trees I've ever seen...especially beautiful with a full moon shining through.
